Quiet and relaxing but essential to have a car if you want to explore the surrounding area. Just a bit too far away from most places for our liking, but a very comfortable and spacious villa with a lot to offer.

El Valle Polaris World

El Valle Polaris World is an exclusive golf development located in a picturesque valley in the Murcia Region, Spain. The resort is situated just ten minutes drive from the wonderful beaches of the Costa Calida and Murcia City, and a 15 minute drive from Murcia-San Javier airport.

The resort consists of villas set in 1,100,000 m2 of land, boasting an abundance of wide-open space through the resort; with everything centred around a fantastic and challenging 18 hole golf course.

Everything at El Valle Polaris World has been designed to ensure total enjoyment and relaxation, including the course.

El Valle Services, Facilities & Leisure
El Valle Polaris World offers five star services with a commercial centre, gymnasium, clubhouse affording beautiful views to the course, restaurants, bars and swimming pools.

El Valle Golf Course
The 18-hole golf course at El Valle has been designed by champion golfer Jack Nicklaus. Although challenging, the course is extremely enjoyable set in a picturesque desert landscape. The resort also incorporates a pro shop, golf academy and driving range.

Accommodation
The accommodation at El Valle Polaris World is of particularly high quality, comprising of a selection of apartments and villas, designed around the courses and landscaped gardens. The emphasis is on space and exclusivity, and you won’t have to worry about being on top of your neighbour here, as the accommodation and facilities have been set out with attention to detail.

Climate

The region enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate. The area averages nearly 3,000 hours of sunshine each year and the average temperature easily exceeds 20 degrees.

Krisen har betyder at resortet ikke er helt færdig endnu. Det der er bygget er virkelig i orden.

El conjunto residencial esta en muy buen estado. Todos los servicios estan presentes y en buenas condiciones. Un lugar muy agradable donde se puede disfrutar de excelentes paisajes, un clima delicioso y tranquilidad

The Mar Menor at Los Alcazares was warm water and nice beaches.A lively town with lots going on. Lovely places to visit for shopping,eating etc,at Murcia and Cartegena
